To get it, all you have to do is have a Jetsam and feed it any Aquatic Petpet. If you don't already have a Jetsam, you can only get them 3 ways:
1. Try and Adopt one
2. Use the Secret Lab Ray (you must complete the ENTIRE secret labratory map to gain access to the Lab Ray), and hope it will turn one of your existing pets into a Jetsam.
3. Use any Jetsam Transmorgification Potion on one of your existing pets.
